Last couple of days to see Amy McCarthy at Words & Pictures Gallery

Saturday 21st September will be the last opportunity to see the glass work of Amy McCarthy as artist in resident at the gallery. She has taken over the back part of the gallery and has been using it as a studio for the past two weeks.

It has been fascinating to watch the two huge windows commissioned for Newton Abbot Museum come together and whatever our many thousand of visitors have gained from the experience i've learned loads.

If you get a chance try and make it to the gallery today or tomorrow.

If you are in Town anyway you can also pop along to Teignmouth Heritage Centre and see Amys War Memorial that was installed last Saturday.
