Villo Varga - New Exhibition

From Tuesday 10th October we are happy to have the photographic work of Villo Varga in Words & Pictures Gallery. Varga lives and works in New Jersey and these photographs represent a collection of images taken while running in New York.

Villo Varga is a professional fine art conservator with a practice in New York. Her studio practice is primarily engaged with painting and these photographs were essentially research for an ongoing series of street studies. They subsequently emerged as something much more than that, becoming reflections of an upbeat underground of street art and window dressing.
