Ann Mari Hopkins lives in Paignton on the South Devon coast where she runs a ceramic studio producing hand made tiles and domestic pottery.

The little lighthouse, the Ness and a Seagull - all distinctive to Teignmouth and Shaldon.

This hand made earthenware tile can be fixed in position like any normal ceramic tile but it also has a small hole in the back so it came be hung from a nail.

These will survive outside but it would be best to waterproof the unglazed back and sides to prevent water penetration and frost damage.

Measures 10.5cm x 10.5cm and about 1cm deep
